Thank you for choosing RMM Sedan & Limo LLC for your transportation needs. We strive to provide you with the best experience and customer service possible. Our refund policy is designed to ensure fairness and clarity in the event that you need to request a refund for our Services. Please read the following policy carefully before making a reservation.

Hourly Services:

  • Customers who cancel their reservation at least 2 hours prior to the scheduled pick-up time will receive a full refund.
  • If a cancellation is made within 2 hours of the scheduled pick-up time, the customer will be charged 100% of the hourly rate.

Other Services:

  • For all other services, including point-to-point transfers and special events, the price will be quoted and agreed upon in advance. Customers are required to pay the quoted amount in person before the start of the service.
  • In the event of a cancellation for these services, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss the refund or rescheduling options.

Tax and Fees:

  • All payments and fees are subject to applicable taxes as required by law.

Tip Policy:

  • Gratuity (tip) for our chauffeurs is not included in the total price for any service.
  • While tipping is not mandatory, we encourage our customers to recognize exceptional service by providing a gratuity to the chauffeur.

Refund Processing:

  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7-10 business days after the cancellation request is approved.
  • Refunds will be issued using the original method of payment.

Change or Modification of Service:

  • In case of any change or modification to the Service requested by the customer, we will do our best to accommodate the request. Additional charges may apply depending on the nature of the change.

Service Disruptions:

  • In the unlikely event of a service disruption due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., vehicle breakdown, severe weather), we will make every effort to provide an alternative solution or arrange for a refund.
